No, the good parts were climactic turns and unpredictable twists, and the best of them all came from the incontestable declaration of a twenty-sided die showing its lowest or highest number - a crit! A mere one in twenty chance, a critical hit or miss turns a scene into a memory. These are the stories that have endured, and as the hobby has exploded in popularity, they are the experience people crave. Unfortunately, when the unsuspecting audience goes to buy a popular game to live these stories on their own, they're beset by a dreadful slog of rules that don't actually make those stories. It's a tragedy, but now there is hope on the horizon.
